Payment & Enrollment Policies FAQs

Common questions regarding installment schedules, payment confirmations, and batch transfer guidelines.

Are study books and mock exam test fees included in the course fee?

Yes, 100%. All H4 Academy tuition fees are completely all-inclusive. You will receive official printed Cambridge or Pearson practice materials, lecture workbooks, and access to all scheduled mock tests without paying any additional admission or testing fee.

How does the 2-installment payment option work?

For any regular program lasting 8 to 12 weeks, you can pay 50-60% of the tuition fee on the day of admission, and clear the remaining installment before the 4th or 5th week of classes.

What happens if I need to pause or transfer to a subsequent batch?

We understand that academic exams or urgent workplace commitments can arise. You may request a formal Batch Transfer to any future batch within 6 months at zero financial penalty by submitting a notice to our admissions desk.

Can I get an official printed receipt for corporate or university reimbursement?

Yes. Our admissions office issues stamped and serialized institutional money receipts and tax invoices upon request.
